Stopped for lunch here on our way to Lee’s Summit They have great burgers and fries! The waitress recommended we dip the fries in the ranch dressing and yes, they were great. The Sponge Bob drink was good, I’ll go with a Bahama Mama next time. Definitely will go back.

My wife and I stopped into the Broken Dollar Saloon while we were in the Odessa area for work. We were looking for a good local spot to eat, saw the great reviews, and decided to give it a try—and we’re so glad we did. The service was fantastic, and the atmosphere had a great vibe from the moment we walked in. The food? Absolutely top-notch. Big portions, great flavor, and I genuinely enjoyed every bite. One thing that really stood out to me was the tray liner—it looked like an old newspaper and gave the meal a really authentic, nostalgic feel. I thought that was such a cool touch. Since then, we’ve told so many people about this place and even have a trip planned to come back with our coworkers. In real estate, we believe in supporting small businesses however we can, and that includes leaving reviews like this one. We actually run a little foodie group called “KC Chow Down,” where we visit local restaurants for lunch and highlight our experiences—and Broken Dollar is definitely going on the list. Can’t wait to be back!

Family-friendly Pub with a rustic aesthetic and light atmosphere with plenty of tvs on sports channels, so you never miss the game. It was a bit noisy, but we sat in the corner, and it wasn't too bad. The food tasted good, I was especially fond of the seasoned fries and ranch. However, the burgers were quite greasy. I personally don't mind that too much, but I also pat-dried mine with a napkin. Service was friendly and did a good job on both keeping tabs on us (asking about refills and such) and giving us space (to eat and converse). They have clean restrooms and spotless tables. Overall, would eat their again.

Stopped in after shopping. Had good recommendations. The service was exceptional. A little disappointed that the mashed potatoes were flakes not real potatoes I had a hard piece that was inedible that must have stuck to the side. My husband liked the hamburger steak, large portion. The veggies in the side were frozen not fresh. The onion rings were amazing. The baby seemed to enjoy the corn dogs, again a large portion. Seems like a lot of the locals eat here. Plenty of parking on the street.

I've never had anything here that I didn't like. Their Strawberry Salad is the absolute best!

My husband and I both agree these were the best burgers we've had in a while. Flavorful, substantial, and the right amount of messy, finger licking goodness. Service was also great, wait staff was prompt and so friendly. Will definitely be returning.

Odessa, MO: Broken Dollar Saloon tenderloin was amazing, as were the fries for $15! Service was outstanding, cool vibe atmosphere. Worth the 30 mile drive!

Happened to go in on Taco Tuesday. Decided to have Beef Nachos. They were really good although I would have liked more cheese. Waitress got the order in and we had our meal quickly. Wife had the Blaze smash burger and fries. It was amazing. Really for a small town restaurant this place is plenty good. But for a saloon I expected country music and got 70's and 80's mix. Not bad!
